Deceptive advertising

I ordered Awesome Auger on the internet after seeing their TV ad. I thought I had ordered the "$120 value package" which included several extensions, a weed auger and a drill. When I got the package there were two augers and nothing else. I called customer service who told me that I had not followed the fine print. When I asked for a refund she said that I would have to foot the cost and that I would not get the $8.95 S&P back. Figure the cost of shipping it back at $3.00 and you can either keep what you have or spend $11.95 to get back $19.95. What a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!! When I protested the customer service rep hung up the phone. Searching the internet, it looks like there are a ton of similarly unsatisfied customers yet the company continues to practice this deceptive advertising.
