Globalreach int calling constantly think it's affiliated with penbrook productions process

After complaining to VEGASBBB and LABBB about Penbrook Productions I started recieving emails/phone calls from all kinds of scam/fraud companies. Entered (213) 228-8111 into Google search and found hundreds of others getting calls from this number too. Some say it's a Govt grant program, Company in Phillipines and a Scam by a guy in Las Vegas who just got out of jail, just enter telephone number in google search and you will see guys information plus numerous other things about this number.

Complaining to FCC or any other agencies will probably do no good but might get you more scam/fraud emails/phone calls to you. I've sent in complaints about scam/fraud companies to numerous agencies with hundreds of others and still see these unscrupulous companies operating/advertising year after year, day after day and nothing happens to them. Realized that posting/filling complaints does not do any good even if thousands of us get scammed and complain they are still operating, has anybody seen/heard of any of them getting investigated or arrested anywhere TV/INTERNET?
