Automatically renewing without knowledge washington internet

This company changed the expiration date on my Mastercard and did not reveal that the card was being saved for auto-renewal. When I tried to get it off my card (within 10 days of the charge) they would not answer beyond a generated e-mail that they send for cancellation. My card was charged without my knowing it and it created a $39.00 over the limit charge, as well.
Horrible!!
