Oken elec. Cart - broken elect. Cart

IM an older woman and I realy can not walk around the stor now and i think the elec. Carts you have are wonderful but they need some repairing when you get to the back of the store and you cant get it to work then I have a problem geting to the frunt. This happen in Muncie IN. Today and your employies was great but please get them repard sooner thank. Also you only have 2 and neather one ios working. Thank you Kmart in MUNCIE IN.
