SCAM took my money!

I tried to receive services from this company and paid them $845 and have received nothing. They ask for my member ID number when I call - I was never even given one! I call and leave messages and get no return. When I dont leave a detailed msg they return my call and transfer me around till they hang up/"drop the call". I asked for my money back June 17th and they said 3-5 weeks I called every week and now almost 2-3 times a week and get told to wait it hasn't been processed. Now Im being told there is one guy who looks them over and he hasn't had a chance. Scam... I just want my money back has anyone else had this issue?
