James Traband owes close to $25k in child support arrears. He has managed to play the system right. This $25k has been over the past 7 years that he has decided not to support his children... And to make matters worse, he just went an had another child last year. Now you might think, well he is just down on his luck... Um, no... He has a motorcycle and a van that he just bought.
