Do not use, unproffesional, disorganized, missing items

Do not ever even consider using terry moving they are a complete disaster and will make an already stressful time more stressful. Moving is stressful enough an unprofessional and disorganized moving company such as Terry Moving does not make it any easier or less stressful. I have had 6 months of nothing but a horrible experience with Terry Moving and Storage, probably, almost too many things to list in this report.

I moved in January and put 95% of my stuff in storage for 6 months. I called Terry Moving in December to schedule my move and they never came out to give me an estimate. I had previously moved the same amount of stuff 8 months earlier with a different moving company (which was awesome), so I figured the cost would be close to their fee of only $583 for 2 guys that were so efficient and professional. Terry Moving cost me $1577.50 for a slow team of 3 guys.

Basically my bad experience consists of lack of communication between their employees (incorrect dates and times scheduled), a missing awesome, priceless Vintage Beach Cruiser which was conveniently not listed on the original inventory list. Although, my old roommate and I remember them putting it on their truck, it is missing. The list goes on, with a broken TV, ripped couch, marked up newly painted walls, and lost bed frame hardware so they could not put together my bed (even though they took it apart and packed it up). They did come back however a week later (another day which was scheduled but they got wrong) with hardware they bought from a local hardware store, although it does not fit properly so my bed frame is not stable at all. I need to call Crate n Barrel to see if they sell the hardware separately. Oh yeah, it also involves one of the movers using my bathroom which I had not even used yet while I was out getting them water and basic new place essentials such as toilet paper. I came back and entered my bathroom and almost vomited. One of the movers used my bathroom, what they wiped with, who knows, because I did not even have toilet paper yet.

Lastly, I have called Terry Moving at least 10 times over the past month in order for them to send me a claim form to report my missing bike and broken TV but have yet to receive a claim form in the mail. One conversation I had, they told me the person coming back out to put my bed together my bed would bring one with him but he did not and told me he knew nothing about it.
