Peter Degennaro - Caldi Builders
Took payment, did not perform work, did not pay subs, stole in excess of$ 150,000

In May Peter Degennaro agreed to build a building for me at an agreed price with a payment schedule and performance schedule. He insisted on getting his payments on time, had a hundred excuses why he could not get the work done. He gave me fake invoices to pay, gave bad checks to subs and failed to pay a lot of them. When I finally called his hand and refused to pay any more money, he became unavailable and no longer took my calls. I know where he lives, but he has his residence in name of a trust and there doesn't seem any way to get to him. He cost me about $150,000. Which will take years to make up. He also uses name " Sunset Construction Management" and Caldi Builders
