It back again!

Again in the mail! I send money order between 8 & 9 years ago and got nothing back but their was no phone number for me to contact and now they do have phone number that I did called and said the voicemail box are full and just fill out the form paper to mail it out when their is no alive person to question them. If that is a company should or would they have more answering service phone. Why would they send this out again so why not let find it out to see if it is a scam or not, however I'm going to look for my old receipts.
