Guaranteed my win of the mega millions by using the numbers she gave me! I didn't win

I recieved a letter from Caterina saying she could guarantee me a win of the mega millions by playing the numbers she would provide on a specific day. I sent her $29 for the numbers she also sent a talisman I paid $28 dollars for. So in total I sent $57. I waited for the date to arrive to play the numbers and I didn't win. I only got 1 numbers from the one's she told me to play. I feel it is wrong for people to guarantee things that are just not goint to happen.
I sent her a letter asking for my money back and I sent the talisman back as well. I told her she should be ashamed by taking advantage of people who still believe in hope. I hope she will do the right thing and refund my money.
