Is a Scam

We recently received solicitation to have our company listed in the "National Contractors Directory". They said the directory would be sent free; there was no mention of a cost. After completing the form and faxing it back to them we are now receiving past due notices for $299 for inclusion. We have tried to contact, but the BBB have no phone number listed for them. This is a scam
