Poor management

I work on the Clive shop and also have going back four 5 decades. I love the job that I actually do, however the management is terrible. I actually donot feel just like I get anywhere when attempting to visit a supervisor. Paul Goode may be the kind of supervisor that cannot handle the shop. He's a great individual generally, but so far as problem-solving, he cannot. I'm like he puts alot down on me in my own place. I create a lot of ultimate calls that I actually donot possess the power to. Dennis Johnson gets really furious, very briefly. I've observed that guy cuss, shout and toss issues before visitor. Scott Jeffreys. Thats a pit different account. He's the kind of supervisor that believes he's the solutions to anything but understands practically nothing. He's proficient at placing shipping aside but that's it. And last although not least Carol Eslinger. He's just like useless as Scott. All the supervisors understand nothing concerning the front-office, nothing about deliveries, cashiering, promoting item, nothing...
