Volunteered services to an indigent, then billed for services

I, Vera P, met Peter Thompson at a meeting that I attended. He requested a copy of a quit claim deed that was fraudently executed and was in agreement that the case I briefly, presented to him, needed investigating, since it was so egregous, he found it difficult to believe. I told him that since the perpetrators Joy Carpenter and Betty Dugan, attorney and cult administrators of Trinity Christian Ministries, has conned me out of my entire inheritence ($700,000.00), I was penniless.

With the assault and battery that physically threw me from my property and no funds, I was unable to hire attorneys and/or investigators, necessary to pursue a court action. He said not to worry, that he helped people he felt were abused. I thanked him, no contract, verbal or signed, was made.

As I was able, I sent him gifts of $50 to $100, at a time with the request that he call me before cashing any check. Upon calling to ask him, had he cashed a $100 check, he said that it bounced and the authorities, State attorney Jerry Hill, an ally of Betty Dugan and Joy Carpenter, asked if he wanted to press charges. I was never informed of a bad check. The bank did not even show any such transaction. I asked him "Why didn't you call me and inform me that a check bounced?" He made no reply. I immediated sent him a money order to cover the check.

His entire findings of over 400 pages of RICO on the part of Betty Dugan are found on polkcountycorruption dot com. He told me that she was a known felon and had thousands in judgments against her, sent it to Jerry Hill and Fl. Bar. He changed sides upon being contacted by Hill, Carpenter and Dugan. A letter that is part of the investigative report is on the web site polkcountycorruption do com where Hill names Dugan, the Victimand that he will do anything she requests against me to prosecute me.

After speaking with Joy Carpenter, Betty Dugan, Jerry Hill, he, Peter, told me he 'feared for the safety of his family' and never spoke to me again, except to apprise me that the state attorney requested he file charges against me for a $100 check, that was only a gift, and not payment!!!

Now I have a bill he presented me for $5,000. He was told to back off and did! This is collusion on the part of Peter Thompson, Jerry Hill, Betty Dugan and Joy Carpenter of Joy-Star Pa. Kissimmee, Fl
