I am requesting a full refund of $16.20USD for my monarch shell payment made 10 Jul. 2008 Payment To Acme Internet Services LLC Completed... -$16.20 USD 10 Jul. 2008 Payment To Acme Internet Services LLC Completed... -$16.20 usd. You knowingly billed me when you also knew you were going belly up.

Not good business practice. I will if necessary lodge a complaint with the FTC

Sorry you have been told the wrong info as othes have, I had nor have had any intentions for this situation. But, with the departure of 2 people and then the acts taken after they left, the billing system was taking off the system, and various other malious items which still continue, and have locked up paypal, preveted users from getting backup's created, and also the sale and transfer of your accounts to a new data center who was going to honor your payments and offer 3 months free service. I have log files and various other information showing this, and have tried to clean it up, but haven't been allowed too w/o interferance. According to the shell server providor the shell severs belong to thomas harper and I am not allowed to access them, as i have internet services, and he manages these servers according to the provider who wouldn't take action without a sopenia at which the time would be to late for the clients as the systems would be offline and the damage has been done. I don't have a way to even send out an e-mail to everyone as this was taken with the system on a webserver that was hacked and coninued to be hacked, and inform everyone of how this matter was or can be handled. There were some very un ethical practices as well as illegeal taken by some terminated individule, preventing this. My legal council is handling the matter, and from that point the decisions determined should be posted on a public site with instructions will be given on where you can direct this too. At this time there is little detail to realease as the matter is still being addressed.

Sorry for this inconvience as many are suffering, it has left many of us with lost data unless he brought his shell servers online yet, or is going to give this information to the clients he fooled as well as owners, communications have been ignored from our end, to reach some fair agreement in everyones interest, but were not likely to happen. It has left the company with less funds then prior to the start of this matter, and in the hole.
