Alsig heating and air conditioning, a.K.A., Larry Goltz was taking care of a large apartment complex in the san fernando valley for us. We later found out he is not licensed with californina state contractors board. He advertises that he is. He even has a number on is invoices, etc., but it is a phoney one. Anyway we asked for his liability insurance and he kept stalling us. We later had to hire another company that was licensed and it cost us over $25,000 to straighten out his mess. He bypassed controls, put parts in backwards, etc. Beware is all we can say. Thank you
