O2 Sports INC. KSOOD, Owner Ioni Petrov, O2 Divine Sports Ripped off and Angry. We purchased a Nassau Spa Hot tub on e-bay, They have 3548.00 0f our money, We have a hole in our deck where a hot tub belongs!

These people were only happy to take our money. We paid with our Master card.By the time we realized we had been had, the time had run out to file a fraud report with our credit card company. Very convienant wouldnt you think. The same with E-bay, they say they dont have a record of our purchase. We were given the run around when we tried to talk to these people. At first they told us that they had production problems with the factory with the Monitors.

We had seen the feed back and saw that most people were getting their tubs 3-4 months late, although they complained it took so long, they were finally glad to get their spa tub. Our attempt to communicate with these people werer impossible. We either got an answering machine to leave a message. When we did get to speak to a real person we got lied to & or promised to call back after speaking to some one else. Then finally we spoke with a lady named Nicky who seem so nice, she said she would try to get a refund for us but that THey were no longer doing business with E-bay and that posed a problem, and that if we had purchased our tub using google that we would have a better chance of getting our money back...

Then a foreign speaking woman spoke with my husband some time early in July and said she would call back the next Wednesday with our tracking #. Well she lied, no one called. We called back and was told that every body in management had been fired because of false promises ect. We then Called the chino police dept and was told by a Detective Larkin all about this woman's troubles, (Ioni Petrovi) My husband actually was feeling sorry for her and offered to pay more money to get the tub shipped, since we were told that the tubs were sitting in a warehouse because she couldnt afford to ship them because E-bay had frozen her account.

The police say this is a civil matter not a police matter. I feel so helpless since I live so far away. I did contact the BBB, but I dont have much hope of every seeing a penny of my money. I would be picketing if I lived in California. You can bet we will never bid on any thing very costly on e-bay again.
