11-15 calls per day. Run down my cell battery daily

I fell on hard times, as many of us have. My accounts have fallen behind I agree but the treatment from these people is just plain rotten.in the begining I tried to work with this company then I got a call where some guy said just pay you bill "B". This yanked my chain. Try as you may no supervisor can be reached.

This company has had people calling me 11-15 times a day, if they can not get me on the phone, they call while I am at work, they leave messages to call with only a partial number.

The time they did catch me on my way to work I was told they are attaching my wages, making sure I loose my home, and last but not least they are going to make sure I loose my auto.

This company is representing Citicard, why would this or any reputable company use this type of "collection" agency is way beyond me. Makes me think Citicard may not be a company to work with either.
