Ksood And O2 Sports sold me spa... Arrived damaged... No service after sale

I was also ripped-off by this company. I tried paying them with Paypal for the added security, but it wouldn't go through. Now I know why. They insisted credit card. Seemed fishy, but went with it.
Paid $3850 right away. This was in early Jan. 08.

Took over 10 weeks, after many e-mails and phone calls, for the spa to arrive. It was damaged. Truck driver noted damage for me, as he said they picked it up damaged from the warehouse. Damage included cracks everywhere and broken frame. No cover or steps. They arrived a couple of weeks later damaged and incomplete.
Had it professionally installed. Electrician had concerns about quality of spa.

After filling with water, leaks everywhere. I was able to fix some of them. Heater will bring the spa up to temp. Then shut off. It would not turn back on. This problem we could not correct. We had about 2 weeks use of the spa when it started shorting out and tripping the breaker. Called our electrician out. He just shook his head after inspecting everything and reluctantly explained to us what a piece of crap this spa is and that we should get our money back... Big problems inside the main control panel, which is made so cheap that he couldn't even begin to fix...

Throughout all these problems, we have documented over 20 emails and phone calls to ksood and co. We just received assurances that they would take care of things and that tech. Support would call and help us out. LIES!!!

I am a Dairy Farmer and money comes hard. My wife and I decided to use our honey-moon $ for this spa.
The only plus in this whole mess is that I did get something, unlike many of you. Oh. And now I am completely untrusting.

What comes around, goes around... I would like a full refund. If anyone makes any progress with these people, please let me know... Thank you
