Courier company doesn't pay it's employees properly

Blast Express isn't paying it's employees properly. They are a month behind on paying their employees. You can't cash their checks anywhere in town. You put it in the bank and hope it goes through. The last three checks I've gotten have been put on hold. It's usually only for a couple of days. This time it was two weeks.
