My mail is going to a different address

Our cousin was residing in my home, she shifted to La and he or she alter all of the email to her tackle by oversight, per week next I visited cathedral town postoffice to fix the problem. They stated it'll have a couple of days before I began to obtain my email, a couple of days later I returned to inquire about my mail plus they explained to hold back atleast 7 days I kept waiting and that I talked to nearly every one inside. They claim they've fixed the issue, however it"s been about 8 weeks and that I metal do not have my email.
