JD Marvel Products ripoff stole my mom's social security money she spent for christmas gift consumer fraud ripoff

My mother sent them a check for a TV antenna on October 27. The company cashed her check immediately upon receiving it. They quaranteed delivery before christmas.

Well, christmas is in 2 days and we have not received the item purchased, nor can we get a response from them. My mom lives on $471.00 a month sociall security, she buys very few gifts, most are from catalog or tv ads. How dare these people steal like this, aparently time and time again from what I've read tonight on the internet.

And who or how is it possible for them to continue to get away with this time and time again? Do the newspaper's and Carol Wright that send out these ad's not check to see if they are dealing with reputable companies?
