What's wrong with this? - same company - different address - please toronto ontario canada

I received a letter from Nothwest Securities In. On Thurday, July 24. I tried to contact them on Jul 26. The letter aid they were open Saturday's 10:00-4:00. Only an answering machine was available stating that the message box was full.

I called this morning to investigate this supposed winning of $125.00.00 Since they did not ask for my SS # or Bank acct. #, I thought this could be ligit. I got on the internet to research the company and bank. I was redirected to this site and found that there were several reports against this company for fraud.

It's funny how there are numerous addresses for this company, all different for each letter they send out.in fact, the company and the banks they write the check on are all ligit names. The addresses and bank account #'s are all bogus.

My first suspicion was when they asked for money to send for taxes. Whenever you are asked to send money, you know right away that something is wrong. When you are asked to keep the letter comfiential, then there's really something amiss.
