Nasty Customer Service and Racism

I am in desparate need of a job and when I called ESSI and asked them if they had anything they reasured me that they did and for me to come on down. I called twice to double check as this was 45 minutes from my house and I cannot afford gas at this time and if I was going I wanted to be sure it was worth the trip.

So after being reassured they had openings I started the drive feeling very positive. When I showed up I could not get in because they had the door locked. I knocked on the door with no response. I used someones cell phone and called and someone answered and came to the door handing me an application and said that they were taking applications for a possible job 4 months into the future and that they perfer to work with the SPANISH SPEAKING COMMUNITY. This is wrong and they could have told me that with in the first call I would still have gas and I could have taken that time to search for other available jobs.
