I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with this company speaking to many differant supervisors to which one name i have is alicia waters an employee of this company. I have been told i will get my money back in my account in 72 hours it now has been four days. Now i am told 7-10 days. This company needs to be shut down. I have gone negative in my account over this. I am a single grandmother who has custody of my grandchild and 31.98 plus now fees has caused my grandaughter to go without diapers. Had to pawn my car title to try and get out of this mess.
