I just received a letter from International Award Adivsors telling me that I won 2.5 million dollars. All I have to do is send them $20.00 and it's all mine. I'm pretty sure this is a scam, but how can I find out for sure? I would like to be certain that this is legit or just a complete scam. Any suggestions?
