Intelius fradulent charged my credit card after using their service bellevue

In April of this year, I used Intelius to find the address of my friend, whom is terminally ill with cancer. The report was 14.95 which was paid for with my debit card.

This month, July I was reviewing my checking account and noticed 2 charges on July 23 for 19.95. One charge was listed as 24PROTECP, 20 GLOVER AVE. 800-211-9749. The other charge was listed as PMIDENTITY 20 GLOVER AVE. 888-840-6301.

I then did a search on my checking account and noticed 8 charges, since April, for 19.95 each, identified exactly as described in the previous paragraph. There were 4 charges of each, 8 charges in total for $160.00

I then called 800-211-9749 in an attempt to get all of my money back, since I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THESE PROGRAMS, MUCH AS LESS TWO.

Elam, the so calleD "supervisor" said he would refund my money for both of the July charges. He said that I signed up for these programs through Intelius and that he would not refund the remainder of the charges to me.

He identified the company as Adaptive Marketing, 9500 W. Dutch Road, Omaha, Nebraska, 68114.

He then hung up on me. When I tried to call back in, their slick answering system looks up your phone number in its database and spits out the recording "your account has been cancelled" and then abruptly hangs up.

I did not sign up for one of these programs, much as less two of them. I want Intelius to to refund all of my money since obviously they are the mastermind of this fraudulent scam. I searched the internet and found others with the same story as mine.
