First, Gryphon is not and never was located anywhere near the stock exchange. They are based in a small rented apartment on Victory Blvd in Staten Island New York. It is a small group of family sitting around a few computers and space heaters. When you call and are told your trader is on the "trading floor" that is one of the many lies told daily. These "traders" are friends hired with no financial experience! They are fed lines by the owner Ken Marsh. Not Ken Maseka. There is no Ken Maseka! There is no Michael Warren or John Gage either! These are names that Ken Marsh hides under.

Your "traders" are former used car salesmen, secretaries, garbage men and teachers. At Gryphon they pay other companies to provide them with your information, this is how they contact you. When you are told your "trader" is in a meeting or in the conference room don't fall for that either. There is not enough room in this small apartment for a conference room! The employees come to work in their pajamas! After they purchase your information and you have signed up, they then sell your information to other companies.

If you ever wondered how these companies were contacting you, now you know. He does not pick these stocks himself either. He signs up with many other websites, takes their recommendations and charges you! So why are you signed up with them? He has tried in the past to chose his own stocks and many of you have felt how bad he is at this. He is currently being sued by AgoraFinancial.com for copyright infringement as well.
