Fraudulent company beware!

When I turned my computer on this morning I got a WARNING that I had viruses that were very damaging to my computer that I needed protection against.

There was an option to download a virus security system for my computer, and having recently lost my firewall in an electrical incident in my home, I figured I could probably use some virus protection and decided to order the three year option at a "one time charge of: $69.95".

Not only did the "protection" cause MAJOR damages to my computer - and took me the better part of the day - and hiring a tech support guy to remove the nasty litle no budge parasite (turns out it IS the virus you THINK you are protecting yourself against and is damn near impossible to remove - there are google pages devoted to its impossible removal).

But, lo and behold the worst was yet to come... First I got a 'Thank you for your order' email from them and saw that I had actually been charged $114.00. And THEN when I went to my online banking to check it out further, I learned that they had - IN FACT - charged me $250.00!!!

I then called and explained that these were fraudulant charges and was told the order would be cancelled. I verified that ALL six items listed (equalling the $250.00) would ALL be removed and 'Felicia' said, that they would, and in fact gave me a 'confirmation of cancellation number'.

As of right now - they have NOT reimbursed my credit card and have not responded to my MANY emails.

And if you google them, (or even check them out on THIS site!) you will see that they are a completely fraudulant company with a looooooooooooooong history of RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!
