Asplundh Tree Trimmers Destroyed My Trees and Damaged My Rare Plants

Asplundh Tree Expert Company Sucks. The butchers did a real hack job on 2 of my 100 year oak trees contracted by Texas New Mexico Power Company. The oak trees were not touching the lines. The illegals Asplundh hires dragged oak branches through my $2,500.00 rare Queen Emma Supreme lillies that flank both sides of my driveway and were blooming. These rare exotic plants were 5'8" tall before employees crushed them to bits.in Asplundhs haste to leave the scene of destruction they stole the 5 foot bloom stalk with 15 lillies on it and all the hard oak limbs they cut off. My trees my wood. They left all the junk and debris in my driveway and on the lawn for me to pick up. I could have used the logs they stole for firewood.

I am trying to refinance my house and guess what the appraiser sees when he enters the property? A disaster zone. I filed a claim against the owners expecting the billionaires to make this right. NO all their mush mouth lackeys would do is refer me to their lLiberty Mutual cheap ugly Insurance company. Liberty Mutual sucks and offered me $130.00 to SHUT UP.

No way I took plenty of video and pictures of the damage, got 4 witness signed statements (all retired and don't mind going to court), 3 signed estimates to replace my plants and fix the hacked up trees. I have lots of time so I filed in small claims court and am taking the appropriate steps to get restitution.

Asplundh destroyed... And I really mean killed many 100-200 year old trees that are nothing but stumps now in my city. Texas New Mexico Power put your lousy power lines underground like professionals do and hire a legitimate trimming company.
