Alfonso Polanco Former employee commits wire fraud.Co. Not taking responsibility

We listed our timeshare with this company being represented by the named individual. We were promised that our time share would sell by Jan. Here we are July and out timeshare is not sold. We keep getting told they are waiting for financing.

We recently were contacted by Alfonso and was told our time share was sold. We needed to wire 350. To close the deal.

What we did not know was Alfonso Polanco was no longer employed by Universal Marketing and was commiting wire fraud.

When I contacted the company and found this out, they are taking no responsibilty even though he left the comapany May 10.

The first report was made to the local PD and the company was told to contact all people involved with this person and the company took 2 1/2 months to get letterrs out therefore more people became victims also.

All I want is my money back and my advertising fee back and to be able to pull my timeshare out of their company.

Unfourtunately, they tell me I can't pull my timeshare out because I would be in breach of my contract.

Were they not in breach, by not notifying us in a timely manner that this person was no longer affliated with the company.

This would of prevented alot of people from becoming victims of fraud. They are just as responsible as their previous employee. Someone needs to do something so people don't do business with this company.

Please help us get the word out and let me know how I can take action against this comoany.
