Sent $300 for a pair of snakes. Never shipped and refused to return the $300

Jim Keenan ran an ad on kingsnake.com for patternless bullsnakes at $125 each plus shipping. I sent him a US Postal Money Order for $300 for the pair of snakes and shipping. Because I am friends with someone Mr. Keenan does not like - he refused to send the snakes or return the $300. He is a liar and a thief - also a coward. I have filed complaints with all state and federal agencies
