Company is a scam

We ordered 2 atv quads and paid $18 expedited shipping to have it here for my sons birthday and of course we only received one and it was not the one for him. The one we did receive was not even the one that we ordered and there were parts missing no owners manuel, no sales title, there were wires exposed, there were rust spots. We called and spoke to allie and was told that they received confirmation that the right atv was delivered which was not and after going back and forth arguing over getting my money back i realized that i wasnt getting anywhere and told her i was filing a complaint with the attorney general and getting ahold of a lawyer and that wasit. She wont respond to my emails or my phone calls anymore. So i have filed with the attorney general in illinois and talked to a lawyer and the lawyer said that i had a good case but to see if the attorney general could get it worked out for me. So for everyone that has been scammed by this company please file a complaint with the attorney general in illinois. The more complaints they get the better off we will all be. This company needs to be shut down. They can not be allowed to do this to us. I only wish i would have seen this site before i ordered my trash. I am still waiting to hear back from them it has only been a week and i want my money back and the piece of crap out of m garage.
