They misrepresented themselves and led me to believe my truck would be pimped out

I was contacted and informed that I was sponsered. When I explained that the truck would not make it out of town they lead me to believe they would fix up my truck and then I would go to the car shows.in actuallity I have to go to the car shows and then they will send me the parts. I live in a small town and we have a car show maybe once a year. I am trying to get my $89 back.
