On the night of July 9th I ordered Antivirus 2008 PRO over the internet. I do not remember if it was a pop-up add or where I got the web address.
After downloading the software and not being able to use it, I immediately canceled my order. Then I noticed that I had also been charged for two other software packages that I had no ordered, knowingly. These two were hidden down below the box that was used to go to the next page.
To date I have gotten no refund or any answers to several e-mails.
