Starting 5/20 tlggreatfn starting taking 12.99 out of my checking account without permission I don't even know who they are

I recieved my june bank statement and had a charge for $12.99 on it from tlggreatfn. I have no address for them and went online and found your site. I don't even know who this company is and would very much like to assist in puttong them out of business. How dare they assume my money doesn't matter, and that i would not notice juust $12.99.
