Lies, takes Credit Card and selles it to other companies

I recieved a phone servey from ez1rate on june18. the operator was Bryan Davis and he told me that if i completed the survey than i would get $200 in free gas and $500 free shopping money. So we went through the spill and he needed age and adress verification and that i needed to give my ccnumber out... He told me that the number would be destroyed after that...

So i thought ok... He told me the spill on ez1rate of long distance phone co, a vip healthcare card, and id sentinel on protection against fraud. All i needed to do was try these companies out and the money was mine... I thought ok this sounds great, than i was passed to his supervisor Elvis Larson ID#1164- he again said all the things above BUT now the $500 shopping spree is for online only, and the $200 free gas is in vouchers only

So i decided to back out. Elvis Larson gave me a confirmation number of 4542723 and told me the whole thing was canceled after 20min of me getting pissed off... I come home from vacation 15days later and on my cc there are charges of $4.95, $49.99, $49.90 from the vip health care-$1.95, $49.99 from EZ1rate phone comp.-$89.99 from Auto Vintage-$2.95, $19.99 from ID Sentinel - in the course of a weeks time...

I called EZ1 rate up and told operator Dereck the whole situation... He informes me that the recording that was sent to them was of me telling the company it was ok to use the cc. I said where is the rest of the recording of me saying NO i dont want any of it... Dereck telles me that it was cut off... I than gave him all the info that Bryan Davis and Elvis Larson gave me and Dereck says that he has no idea who that is because EZ1 rate has telmarketers call people...

I say well which telemarker was it? EZ1 rate has no idea. So they have telemarkers call people and tell then they are EZ1 rate... HOW is that Legal? So now i am still battleling with the companies to get my money back... Dont be fooled!!! If EZ1 rate called your house HANG UP!!!
