Company offering emergency antivirus software charge you twice and cannot be reached not to mention software bought didn't do squat

When my computer was infected with a virus, a screen popped up on my laptop for the latest antivirus software for a one time fee of 34.99. To my surprise and dismay, my account was charged a total of 110 dollars. When trying to contact the company, the only option was to leave a message and they would return your call within 24 hours. This is now 4 days ago for me. So i did a search, found this website, and filed this report hoping to get this issue resolved asap. I think everyone who has had this same experience can agree with me when i say that this company should be responsible for FULL reimbursement of all charges, WITH INTEREST!!
