This place sucks. Signed up for the 14.95 day trial. Yea it was my fault i didnt take the renewal off. Anyways i got charged again. Called the main line. I called 3 times ina row thru out the day. Now come one do you think there that busy... No. All i got was operators are busy with customers. I left 3 messages with email, user name, and phone number and advised to cancel my account and i want a refund for the 2nd month i was charged. Which i was not using any more. Did i get a call back. Did i get my money back. No. Nothing. I spoke to someone. Guess there billig department. Said she can tranfers me to a supervisor. Guess where she sent me lol yea back to the main number where i got voicemail again. I know im not getting my money back. Paltalk suck. Just make sure you know what your doing. I made this mistake before and no prob getting my money back
