We hired these attorneys over the internet to act as local counsel in a lawsuit.

They started OK but deteriorated to provide the following service:

- work completed by juniors but billed at senior rates
- last minute handling of filings
- did not monitor the case filings
- incorrectly advised for us to prepare an answer involving significant time and resource (after the case was dropped).

Worse than all of this was there attitude when confronted with the facts about their error. It has become apparent that they do not value their clients businesses or time.

We must now seek compensation by suing them for legal malpractice.
