Beware of them

This so called company is a scam. They are based in Israel so the above address is a fake. Do not go near them.

I was moving from the midwest to the east coast and made the mistake of entering info online. I got a quote for 1200 dollars from these people which was absurdly cheap but I was too stupid to look through it.

I called the number and spoke to a liar called Natalie who assured me that the stuff would be picked up on a certain date between 9 and 10 am and dropped off at a certain date. She also said the truck would be weighed before and after our stuff was loaded and we would be charged 43 cents per pound upto 3500 pounds and 85 cents per pound after that. I told her to send me an email to that effect which she never did. She took a deposit.

The day arrived and no one turned up. We called them and were told they were coming the next day. The man turned up at 7 am with a rented PENSKE truck that was full. He proceeded to try and intimidate and blackmail us saying we had too much stuff and it would cost much more. His name is Gilly and he is a real thug. We just wanted to get it over with and agreed to 2200 dollars plus 250 for tip. He said another truck was on the way in 1 hour and carried all our stuff down to the pavement where it lay until 10:30 pm. That was torture. He kept lying to us about when the other truck would arrive.

It took them 3 hours to load the truck because they kept trying to stuff it in with a bunch of other stuff. Thy said they wuld deliver in 3-5 days but made us sign agreeing to 7-10 BUSINESS days. They did not pack properly and there was no inventory.

The driver's name was Ofir and he kept lying to us about when he would bring the stuff. We had to buy bedding clothes, food etc and i had to deal with two little kids. This was awful.

He kept lying to us about the arrival date and turned up on the 15 th business day at 11 in the night. He demanded full payment before unloading and then fell asleep in his truck. They kept us up all night and left at 8 am.

Every single piece of our nice furniture is damaged and a lot of stuff is missing. He pretended to hurry towards the end and didn't let me point out all the damage. These people practice psychological intimidation - like having our stuff lay on the pavement all day and keeping us up all night

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are a bunch of thugs. When I called to find out wher my belongings were, I spoke to their manager BEN, again with an Israeli accent who tried to intimidate me. I am going to claim for my stuff and file with the Better business bureau if they act smart. Lets see what happens

If you need to move, do it yourself if you cannot afford a well known moving company. It is cheaper to buy new stuff than to move it long distances. This is an expensive and harrowing lesson we have learnt. Stay away from these internet based movers
