She said I had to pay a 1.98 charge for fedex and then charged that and 69.95 also Internet

The lady said we did qualify for many grants. As I told her of house fire in july of laast year 2007. Said 1.98 would cover shipping of aplications by fedex in the 3 to 5 days. I never recieved them. Then the theives took 69.95 from my account. This then caused an 18 dollar over draft fee. And I did not autherize that money.
When trying to contact them I had to leave messages and never got return call. People who can kick other while down with a tuff sittuation such as ours, aught to banned fron internet. We also have 2 children they are hurting in the long run. They need a home to live in adn Grant University scamed us out of money we do not have.
