Scammed me out of $2240. After I put tenants in my home for him

George called me after finding my rental home on line. He explained he owned www.flvorlando.com aka Fineline Villas. He said, the home he had put his tenants in was foreclosed on and could he put them in my rental home which was vacant. He gave me his website and information. He signed my rental lease and emailed it over, then I faxed the codes over for the tenants. He told me, he only had $700. Left on his credit card, but he would overnight the rest. I said, if he was going to overnight it, that to sendthe entire amount on the check. Of course, I never received the $2240. Rent. The tenants got their vacation, he got the money, and I got stuck with the utility bills and cleaning fees. He keeps promising to send the money saying he's not out to deceive anyone. He refuses to give me a credit card number over the phone saying he doesn't do that. He's not answering his phone now either. He apparently doesn't have the tenants sign leases and has them send money into his paypal account. I contacted Paypal and they said, customers can file disputes to get their money back. He must be stopped now!
