Scam artist, liar, threatens customers, a menace, should be in jail

I have hesitated to write out my experience with this nut case, seeing as once you order with him, he has your home address and credit card number, and he was very abusive and threatening to me over the phone and through email. But now that I see how many other people have come forward I will share the basics of my story. Together hopefully, we can make an impact, and help some future people from being victimized too.

I placed my order a while back and there was nothing posted on the internet at the time to warn me of the lunatic I would be dealing with. After many emails and calls between us, the lies he told began to unravel. This is what I found out about him, from his own mouth. He is a young man, around 21, his only other employee is his girlfriend, Jessica. He runs his business off of his laptop in his spare bedroom. There is no warehouse, as pictured on his webpage. He told me himself that he gets his glasses from a relative that has an optical store. He told me to go "F*K Myself" in an email, and was also somewhat threatening in a phone call, saying "he is Sicilian, from Brooklyn, and they know how to take care of things up there." At this point I stopped dealing with him and changed my credit card number to protect myself.

I contacted the police in Brooklyn after the email, and they stated they could not do anything yet, as he hadn't specifically, physically threatened me.in the end, I did finally receive the glasses which appear to be authentic, although it took months, and they were slightly scratched. (He sent out the wrong pair more than once, and I got stuck paying the shipping on them, both ways.)

I have read everyone elses posts on here about this guy. Their experiences totally mirrored my own. Apparently he sticks with the same outrageous behavior with everyone. He is a liar, a bully and a scam artist.

If you have had a bad experience with him, post yours here too. Let's get this clown on the radar and shut down. If you are considering purchasing from him, DON"T. Consider yourself warned. Use our experiences to avoid having one of your own. Pay a bit more up front to get your order from a reputable company. You won't really be paying more anyway, not after this guy scams you on the shipping, restocking fees (for his mistakes too!) and you wait for weeks or months to get your items... Sometimes you get what you pay for!
