They are a total rip-off. They call you 20 times a day... No exageration! Even if u r a day late they r calling u as if u just stole a car from them. The Customer Service reps are rude and unprofessional. The car I purchased is not worth what I'm paying. I can't even get another dealership to purchase the vehicle b/c it has 2 much negative equity in the vehicle. I'm stuck w / a car that is worth $8k and if I continue to make payments, I will pay $29k for a KIA Sorento. Even with the car being fully loaded. I can't get anymore for it.
