I agree with everyone else who has written about this company. I to, ordered DVD's two months ago and have not yet received them. I have tried over and over to call and email, no response. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau at info@labbb.org. I have written them (BBB) and informed them of what I am founding out. I hope something is done about this company. For anyone else out there, DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are a big scam/fraud/ripoff
