Catalog - Wagon wheelrocking chair and a rug

Sirs. Seventh Avenue sent me a catalog, and I'make a chice of one bench wheel for $149.00 a rocking wheel chair for $179.00 and a rug for $199.00, and the bench was cracking, so I' sent it back
I'm just got the rocking chair and the rug but, they sent me back an other bench and that was cracking also, so I'm sent it back, starting November send monthly payments $35.00 every Month, now I' still have a balance of $240.85, I' wrotte a several letters to the manager asking for my real balance but hi just ignore my letters, today I msent a letter to him saying that if in 30 Days hi does not send me any breal balnce I' going to take other steps please help me
