Ripoff manager refused quoted price

Came into store to buy a diamond bracelet. Had them hold it for me until I could call my Dad since it was a gift for my mom. Salesgirl wrote down price and item number on business card. After clearing the purchase with my father, I called the store and had them hold it for me.

Went back to store two days later, they removed the bracelet from the safe and then refused to sell it to me for the price the salesgirl had written down for me. They wanted several hundred dollars more. The manager refused to stand behind his salesperson.
