Classiccloseouts.com made an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $69.99 on July 11. I tried to contact the company and of course I only got their wonderful answering machine. I just decided to file a dispute directly with my credit card company and have them deal with this situation instead. I got it credited right away but I wasn't going to just let it go. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Trust-e, New York State Consumer Affairs, and the FTC. I've only ordered from this company once a few months back and since I wasn't satisfied with the product, decided never to order from them again. Beware to anyone who shopped at classiccloseouts.com, make sure to double check all charges on your statements. This company is a fraud!
