I have never subsribed to this company and now they have gotten my information and my account is being hit with bounced checks

This company obtained my information and used an electronic check that keeps posting to my account. I have spoken to the bank and they have no idea who they are. Although i did look them up on line only to find out they are a bogus company now i am out money i have never received any card from them and i have attempted to call but they always state they are experincing high call volume so you can not get through..
