Com They finnally canceled my order without charging me another penny other than the $1.98

I was really surprised to finally hear from the grant university. I have e-mailed them and phoned them several times. I finally got an e-mail response today they canceled my order as of 7/14/08 after trying to get a hold of them for 3 days. I did try to call them and did not get an answer on the phone. I was on hold for an hour and still no one picked up. But, however they did finally respond to my e-mail so I will not get billed for anything elese. Good luck to the rest of you that are still trying to get a hold of them. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB.
